3 down, 1 to go!
International Human Rights Seminar Paper- check!
Real Estate Transactions final- check!
Environmental Law final- check!
I’m going to be honest…I’m a little burnt out at this point, but I’m so close to being done! I just finished my environmental law final about an hour ago and, luckily, it wasn’t as bad as I feared it would be. It was my first exam that I had to take at the hotel down the street. Our school is undergoing major renovations so we relocated finals this semester. It was actually a pretty good set up at the hotel and it’s only a minute walk so it all worked out. My last final, criminal procedure is on Tuesday so I have a few days to get myself ready which is great because I haven’t looked at anything for this class yet.
After my final today, I had a conversation with a friend and talked about the complicated relationship we have with law school. There truly is nothing that compares to it. I absolutely love law school…most days. Anyone I’ve talked to agrees it’s a weird love/hate relationship that no one would change for the world. Some days, I wouldn’t mind staying in law school forever. Yes, I’m tired of studying and I could definitely use going out and having fun right about now, but I love what I’m doing. I’m sad it’s flying by so fast. It’s definitely not meant for everyone and I love that about it.
As you can see, if you’re contemplating whether to go to law school, I would definitely persuade you to give it a go. I’m living my dream; there’s only one way to find out if it’s yours too!
