It’s been a long day.
Tuesdays are long days for me. They start with 9am Contracts (which means I’m up at 7am), an hour break and then ALTA until 1pm. Starting next week, the wonderful Karen will be offering our CivPro review sessions from 1:30-2:30. This gives me exactly 30 minutes to get home, 5 minutes to drop off my school stuff and grab my property homework and then 10 minutes to get to my babysitting job. Then, I don’t get home again until 6:30ish. Oh, and then I have homework…
By the way, our ALTA hypothetical was similar to the facts I said yesterday, but those actually describe the precedent case we are using. Ours is about an FBI agent who made threatening remarks towards a judge while in therapy… (I just didn’t want my fellow 1Ls to look at my post yesterday and be like “umm, clearly Meagan doesn’t know what we’re talking about.”)
Tomorrow, we have Core Concepts from 12noon-1:30 and then Property from 2:30-4pm…and then my evening is blissfully free! (Well, aside from working on an argument outline and even more research for ALTA…)
Now, back to my property reading…
