Law school has changed me for the worse!
Well, only as far as my physical features are concerned.
The demanding schedule of law school, work and family has caused me to slip into some very bad habits. These bad habits include, staying up late, drinking too much coffee, snacking too often, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY NOT EXERCISING AS MUCH AS I SHOULD. These are factors that have contributed to me gaining 30 pounds since starting law school! That's right T-H-I-R-T-Y 30! Only after not being able to fit into 85% of my wardrobe, am I really starting to notice and actually feel the extra weight.
Now what? The game plan is to actually do the exercise that I carved out in my schedule. It's time to get disciplined, get in shape and shed this excess weight.
If you're just starting law school, don't be like me. Learn from my mistakes. As soon as you start school, implement the exercise schedule and healthy diet right away!
Taking care of you is more important than meeting the demands of life and law school. Your health is a very valuable asset.
Time for me to shape up ;-)
