As an Information Technology Attorney for the General Motors Corporation, Prof. Perrotta Negotiates, draft and finalize business process outsourcing deals and software licensing agreements (including “software as a service,, agreements); she also serve as lead counsel on telecom deals and advise business clients on all information technology legal matters. Prior to joining GM’s legal staff, Ms. Perrotta was an Associate at the Detroit based law firm Miller, Canfield, Paddock & Stone, P.L.C. She has been an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit Mercy Law School since 2011.
