The UDM Black Law Students Association members have worked with the students from Detroit's Lewis Cass Technical High School twice a week for eight weeks to teach them to develop legal arguments, write briefs, and hone their oral advocacy skills.  These efforts will culminate in a Moot Court Competition on Friday, November 22, in Rooms 339 and 347 of the School of Law from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  Scholarships will be awarded to the Oral Advocacy and Best Brief winners from funds raised as a result of BLSA's annual Vegas Night Scholarship Auction, which will next be held on March 28, 2014.
