Students develop mediation skills while at the same time completing the 40-hour training which is one of the requirements to be a court-approved mediator.
This course explores the principles of the medical profession's relationship with patients, including the basic principles of relevant tort law, such as duty (standard of care), breach of duty, causation, and damages.
