Murphy's Law Blog Is Here To Stay!
We started Murphy's Law Blog over the summer to keep students abreast of interesting legal developments, odd law trivia, and library events. Topics covered by the blog range from the authenticity of online government documents to net neutrality.
Here is excerpt from a recent blog entry: F.C.C. chairman Julius Genachowski gave an interesting speech at the Brookings Institution this morning. In his speech, Mr. Genachowski proposed to extend Net neutrality principles to wireless network carriers. Net neutrality refers to the principle of treating all network traffic the same, prohibiting providers from favoring certain forms of traffic over others. Net neutrality already applies to home broadband providers. Non-neutrality has been an issue for file-sharing applications on some provider's networks.

Murphy's Law Newsletter
The library newsletter is a great way to learn about the different services and resources available at the law library. The newsletter is available in print and digital formats. Print copies of the most recent edition can be found in the library, and digital copies can be downloaded from this website. Murphy's Law is available in PDF format. Read the current issue, or browse through the archives by clicking here.
The economy is grim, and the Library wanted to do its part to help students and alumni. Therefore, the most recent issue of the Library Newsletter introduces the Library's new policy of allowing our alumni to borrow books. It also provides information on Vault, an electronic resource dedicated to career development, and new acquisitions that cover, among other things, how to job hunt, interview, and plan a career.
Additionally, learn all sorts of trivia about Thanksgiving, pilgrims, turkeys, and the law!
