Blog Entry 81

I don’t know if everyone would agree, but so far this semester I have found it to be significantly easier than first year. Well, I should rephrase that; if I weren’t working, I would find this semester to be significantly easier than last year. I did take a summer class so my load isn’t quite as heavy as it would be otherwise, but still I feel if I wasn’t working I’d have plenty of time to stay on top of everything in all of my classes. Fortunately, I work nearly 20 hours a week; however, so I’m left feeling just as sleep deprived and stressed as I was all last year. I say fortunately because I am very lucky to have found a job in the field at this stage where I am learning so much! I actually enjoy going to work more than I enjoy going to school. I’m ready to put the homework behind me and get going in the real world!

I impulsively and somewhat randomly decided to buy tickets to go see Louis CK this Friday night at the Detroit Opera House. I’ve never been to a comedy show in my life and I’ve definitely never been to the Detroit Opera House so this gives me something to look forward to all week. In the mean time, however, my Real Estate Transactions class is about to start so it’s time for me to switch my focus to Vendor’s Liens.
