Blog Entry 65

My internship at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office has been amazing so far! Every day I learn something new and exciting. I just finished writing my first real life Motion in Limine and Brief in Support! When I wrote a brief in school last semester we were given 8 weeks to finish it. When I received the assignment and was told it was due in 2.5 days, I got very nervous! I finished on time and felt proud of my finished product.
I am also taking a class this summer, Professional Responsibility two nights a week. Besides the days being long, it really is an interesting class (good thing because it’s required so you are all stuck taking it, interesting or not.) My professor works at the Attorney General Grievance Commission which makes the class even better because he has real life examples to share with us.
I plan to start writing again regularly, so check back often!
