E-Board Election Day!

Today is Election Day for the executive position of the SBA.  The candidates have gone above and beyond what you can imagine.  They’re giving so many free things away it is unbelievable!  I’ve seen today: free bagels, ice cream bar, gum, water bottles, chips, coffee, candies, sticky notes, highlighters, stickers, t shirts, and that is just the beginning! I worked the voting table for an hour today and it was non-stop busy.  Every student wants to be sure and vote! After the results come in there will be run-off elections on Thursday.  I can’t wait to find out who wins! I wish everyone could win because I see how badly each candidate really wants this, but there can only be one Executive President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer!

Tomorrow is my birthday so I’m going to try and get as much work done tonight as possible, so that tomorrow I can just relax and do anything of my choosing.  It will be one last nice day before I try to get myself into finals mode.  It won’t be much longer before the whole mood of the student body changes…finals mode is not a pretty sight.  On a happier note, when finals are done that means I’ve finished my first year of law school!
