Well my sickness has fully taken over me.  :( I need to feel better because tomorrow is the 1L Moot Court Competition!  I cannot explain in words how badly I need to spend a day in bed…

On a more exciting note, I’ve decided where I will be spending my summer- @ the Wayne County Prosecutor’s office.  I’ll be working in the Trials Division Domestic Violence Unit and I couldn’t be more excited!  I am ecstatic to actually get out into the field and get some hands on experience.  I also hope to take a class this summer but I’m not allowed to register until tomorrow and the classes are filling up really quickly!  I wanted to take Basic Income Tax, but that class is already full.  My second choice is to take Professional Responsibility which is also a required course.  This fall I could then take the MPRE which every law student is required to take at some time after taking professional responsibility and before taking the bar exam.  I will just have to wait and see what is still available by tomorrow.

Hoping I feel better because tomorrow is a big day! I will be spending the rest of my Friday preparing and look forward to sharing all the details after tomorrow!
