NEW WEEKLY ANNOUNCEMENTS GUIDELINES!

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .  Announcements and powerpoints should be sent each week by Sunday at 8:00pm.  Please make sure that your announcements are separate (ex: one for email, one for the slide).  Email announcements should consist of a title and text that can be copied and pasted directly into the announcement document.  PLEASE SEND SLIDES AS PPT.


UDM LAW GREEN TEAM RECYCLING

UDM Law Green Team is now expanding its recycling program!  In addition to recycling cans, plastic bottles, and paper we are also recycling light bulbs/batteries, Styrofoam, and glass.  Please recycle these materials in their respective bins located in the student lounge, and on the 3rd floor by the vending machine.

The recycling program has been a success thanks to your cooperation.


RELIGIOUS PRAYERS OPEN TO STUDENTS

Room 145 is a prayers/reflections room opened to all students for religious needs.


Law Review Write on Competition

Interested in joining Law Review? The Law Review will be having a write on competition available to 1Ls and 2Ls that have completed at least 24 credit hours. In order to participate, sign up for the Law Review Junior Member

Competition TWEN page. The application requirements will be released on the TWEN page on May 12 and the application is to be submitted on TWEN by May 26. The application will consist of a short memo and citation exercise.

Event: 3L End of Year Banquet

The 3L class is hosting an End of Year Banquet and is inviting all graduating law students to attend on Thursday, April 25 at The Gazebo Banquet Center on 31104 Mound Rd Warren, MI 48092 (off of Mound road just north of 13 mile on the east side).  This event is only open to graduating law students and guests are not permitted.  The events starts at 8:30 and lasts until 12:30, hor d'oeuvres will be served from 9:00 until 11:00, and open bar lasts all night.

COMMITTEE PETITIONS

"You thought Detroit Was Tough...Try Law School" T Shirts Available

If you have ordered a T Shirt from the 2L day class officers your shirts are now available for pick up.  If you have not paid you must pay by cash or check before you can receive your tshirt.  Just talk to any 2L class officer including Sagar Rathod, Jillian Berndt, Brett Vasciek, Michael Story, Christine Han, Rosy Ortiz, and Audra Jantz to pick up your tshirt!
