Kathleen Caprio serves as the associate dean for Admissions and Student Affairs at UDM Law. She is an alumna of Mercy College of Detroit, the University of Notre Dame, and UDM School of Law.  In 1998, she joined the law school community in admissions and student affairs, becoming associate dean of these areas in 2004.  Before attending and working at the law school, Dean Caprio served in secondary and higher education as a teacher of English and Theology.  She began her career at UDM in the 1980s, serving in administration, especially government relations and development. 

Dean Caprio oversees Admissions, Financial Aid, Multicultural Affairs, Student Services and Student Affairs.  She assists students with the following:
