Comparative Sales Law (2590)

The course in comparative sales is designed to provide competency in the application of three distinct bodies of law covering the sales of goods. The Sales of Goods Act of Ontario, The Uniform Commercial Code as enacted in the United States, and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods will all be analyzed using the problem method. Students will be required to work specific problems applying each of the above sets of statutes.
