Lynn M. Dodge

Professor Dodge joined the faculty as an adjunct in January 2007.  After graduating from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1985, she practiced in the Detroit office of Pepper Hamilton, focusing on environmental law.  In 1990, Professor Dodge joined the Environmental Enforcement Section of the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.  As Senior Counsel in EES, she litigated significant federal environmental matters on behalf of the United States.  After a decade with the Department of Justice, Professor Dodge was appointed as an Administrative Law Judge for the District of Columbia, handling administrative matters within the District’s Department of Health.

Her writing and research has been in the area of environmental law, and includes co-authoring an ABA publication on the Clean Water Act.  Professor Dodge has given numerous presentations on various aspects of environmental law and litigation.
