Carol Clark

Carol Clark was born and raised in Greenwich, Connecticut. She received her Bachelor of Arts cum laude from University of Connecticut and Masters of Science from Michigan State University. Before attending law school, she served as the Director of Speech and Language Development at Paul A. Dever State School for the Mentally Disabled in Taunton, Massachusetts; as an instructor at Wayne State University; and as a speech pathologist at the Rehabilitation Institute in Detroit.

She received her law degree summa Cum laude from Wayne State University Law School and spent her entire career at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn, where she earned the rank of Senior Partner.  Her specialties are corporate and commercial law.
